1. Fulfillment & Processing Time

Because we use a print-on-demand fulfillment method, each item is custom-made just for you!

  • Fulfillment Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your products.

  • Total Delivery Time: Fulfillment time + Shipping time.

2. Shipping Estimates

Once your order is fulfilled, it is handed over to a carrier. Our estimated shipping times (after fulfillment) are as follows:

Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping times can vary based on carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Our shipping rates are calculated based on the product category and destination. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

4. International Customs & Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country.

  • Responsibility: These fees are not included in our pricing and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Delays: Customs processing can occasionally delay delivery beyond our estimated timeframes.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

We want you to love your order! If something goes wrong:

  • Damaged/Defective: Please contact us at firsesstore@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the product with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is lost, please report it to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a resolution.
