1. Fulfillment & Processing Time
Because we use a print-on-demand fulfillment method, each item is custom-made just for you!

Fulfillment Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your products.

Total Delivery Time: Fulfillment time + Shipping time.
2. Shipping Estimates
Once your order is fulfilled, it is handed over to a carrier. Our estimated shipping times (after fulfillment) are as follows:

3. Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: Our shipping rates are calculated based on the product category and destination. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
4. International Customs & Duties
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country.

5. Lost or Damaged Items
We want you to love your order! If something goes wrong:

Damaged/Defective: Please contact us at firsesstore@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the product with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost in Transit: If your package is lost, please report it to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a resolution.
